  • Total budget $2.79 billion
  • Capital works funding $1.015 billion
  • Roads and associated transport funding $981.5 million

  • 96 per cent of buses to be air conditioned by 2010-11

  • Expected savings of up to $68 million from working smarter and more efficiently
